All employees are both trained in and committed to Behavior Based Safety, embedding Safety into the corporate culture. Technicians are hand-selected for each job to ensure their experience and expertise is leveraged to provide both the safest and most efficient industrial service solution.
CHR maintains a full-time safety management team that provides internationally recognized and respected safety training programs and systems.
Highly-skilled trainers make use of superior, unique in-house facilities to provide specialized, tailored training and refresher courses to OSHA standards. These include confined space entry, breathing apparatus (hard helmet and soft mask systems), work in inert atmospheres, torquing and tensioning, advanced first aid and rescue techniques, fall arrest and height safety training, dogman, rigging and load lifting, rope access, gas detection and monitoring, and other specific training.
CHR frequently provides site safety and rescue teams during shutdowns and other hazardous activities.
