The CHR comprehensive safety management system is part of the organization’s accredited quality management system, including Behavior Based Safety Training, Auditing, and Safe Operating Procedures.
CHR has a comprehensive HSE management system comprising of policies, procedures, forms, training, behavioral based programs and corrective action system. We use SafetyPlus as our web based platform to record, report and access all our safety and quality information. This is accessible by CHR personnel anywhere, anytime.
Behavior Based Safety Training
Behavior Based Observations (BBOs) are a focal point of the CHR commitment to Zero Harm. Focused on both preventative and reactive actions, the BBO program is implemented across the group; from ground teams to senior management.
